This measure represents the total count of guidelines violated (# of exceptions) divided by the total count of files (where a file is an estimate or a supplement). The Appraiser folder includes all staff appraisers, repair facilities, or independent appraisal companies that generated estimates or supplements for a given insurance company. The list will display the concatenated appraiser name and appraiser Login ID for staff appraisers. For repair facilities and independent appraiser companies, the list will display the companies’ names and will provide the sum total of all individual estimators’ work at each company. File Appraiser denotes the individual appraiser that generated the estimate or supplement file, while the value of “Appraiser” in Collision Estimating denotes the appraiser that generated the original estimate of record. Identifies the source of an audit completed. Audits can be run during any point of the life cycle of a file, either pre-lock or post-lock. Values include:

Please note for CCC® EstimatingAdvisor audits, only audits for staff appraisers (Appraiser Type = ‘Staff Appraiser’) will be reported in CCC® Analytics. Allowable |
Allowable is the set threshold value represented in dollars per hour, dollars, days, or hours as determined by the business audit guideline. File Type |

Inspection Location |
The Inspection Location Type corresponds to the Site Type in the Admin tab within Pathways and is used to indicate the location where the vehicle was inspected for appraisal. This attribute applies only to Collision Estimating data. With the release of Pathways 4.1, functionality shall be added to identify the type of assignment being sent to repair facilities. This assignment type shall be incorporated into the “Inspection Locations” values to further define the method/location of inspection. Categories include the following:

Loss Category |

Vehicle Condition |
Vehicle condition is a Condition folder attribute that reflects whether the vehicle is considered repairable or not.
